Superb Interiors, Remodels and Tenant Improvements
McDevitt & McDevitt built the tenant improvements at Marin Non-profit Resource Center (MNRC). Some of the challenges and accomplishments were to provide high quality construction combined with exotic custom metal ceilings. All work on second floor of MNRC was performed without disrupting activities on the first floor, which remained operational. We have worked on several projects with fast-growing Sonoma organic foods company Amy's kitchen and scrapbooking innovator Mrs. Grossman's Paper Co.

We have learned to improve the building value by simplifying processes, verifying budgets and coordinating systems design. In many cases, trusted design-build subcontractors provide essential know-how to coordinate structural, mechanical and electrical systems. We have developed relationships with top architectural firms as part of understanding owner's needs, with the result that our clients return to us with repeat business and referrals.
