New Construction and Remodels for Commerce and Industry
WorkRite Ergonomics came to us in the fall of 2000 and needed to be in a new production and office facility by September, 2001. We worked with the Developer and WorkRite to achieve that goal. It was a challenge that was met in several important ways.
Starting with building pad completion in late October 2000 gave us the opportunity to start foundation work when plans were complete in January 2001. We broke ground in January and waited for Spring to start site work and utilities. During initial construction, we concurrently developed interior plans with our design-build team and the Architect. By June, we had a permit for interior office improvements and began that work. The last milestone was getting the dust collector and other critical equipment for their woodworking shop permitted and operational.
WorkRite moved into their office and production facility the third week of September, 2001. It was a true team accomplishment. This kind of high-pressure, fast-paced construction project delivery is our trademark.

In many cases, trusted design-build subcontractors provide essential know-how to coordinate structural, mechanical or electrical systems. We have developed relationships with top architectural firms to better understand owner's needs, with the result that clients return with repeat business and referrals. Many clients allow us to work with them regularly as their business grows; others on an as-needed basis. We continue to meet the needs of our clients with professionalism and integrity.
